In addition to technical support, each developer contact is granted access to JBoss Developer Studio, as well as production-ready versions of all JBoss Enterprise Middleware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and all other Red Hat products for development use only. • Red Hat Developer Professional is designed for corporate developers and individuals. It offers one contact a 2 business day SLA and unlimited incidents. It also includes one entitlement to each of the following: JBoss Developer Studio, all JBoss Enterprise Platforms and Frameworks (up to 4 CPUs each), Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform, all other Red Hat software products for development purposes.
• Red Hat Developer Enterprise is designed for Independent Software Vendors. It offers two contacts a 4 business hour SLA and unlimited incidents. It also includes two entitlements to JBoss Developer Studio, one entitlement to all JBoss Enterprise Platforms and Frameworks (up to 32 CPUs each), eight entitlements to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform, and 8 entitlements each to all other Red Hat software products for development purposes.
